1. If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with unboxing video (this is compulsory) within 24 hours after delivery with . We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.
2. If your order package is damaged/open, then don’t accept the delivery and contact our customer care within 24 hours, we will reship your order.
3. We will not accept any complaints related to plants and seeds after 24 hours of delivery.
4. If product could not be delivered to you in a fair amount of time, then we will arrange reship your order after discuss with customer.
